does anyone know ... do the promotions for gift cards (like the ones for wal mart or restaurants) actually work? do they actually send u the gift card then? Has anyone actually got any gift cards and is it worth it?

I've signed up for a lot of those gift card websites and in the end they ended up straying away from the gift card and talking about other offers, etc. I've never had any luck with those websites. I stopped trying after a while. =P

I don't think they actually would send you the promised GC. At any rate, by the time you fulfilled all the requirements by signing up for offers that require a CC charge, you would probably pay more than the GC was worth.  But at least you can go through all the pages of the offer and get the reward that FC pays you.

I would think that they would send the gift card, but I have never tried these promotions.  You would need to do more research and check the company out before you proceed with anything.  I suppose if you were going to sign up for many of those things anyway, it may be worth it to try just in case.
