Paypal: I am verified, still can't cash out!

My paypal account is verified (6) but when I go to cash out it says that it is not.. what gives?

So am I and I cant cash out!  Been verified for 7 years...... Whats up with that? I sent support ticket in.

I opened a support ticket on this earlier today. The response I received was that this issue is a bug in the system that admin is working hard to get fixed. Since I wanted to cashout this month, I just opted for a check to be sent instead.

i did the same. i opted for a check instead because i want my earnings next month. i opened a support ticket and requested that eventhough i opted for a check, i still prefer paypal if there's any chance they can put my earnings there when they squashed the tough bug. grrrrrr. i mean, it's noone's fault, so everyone should understand.

ok i am trying to cash out after i verified everything and it says Sorry, but PayPal cashouts are currently unavailable. Please try again in a few hours.
so do i really only have to wait a few hours or is something wrong this is really worrying me cuz my friends and i worked kinda hard to get the money D= so yea plz help
