i sent in a support ticket and an email with my info for my cash out, how long does it take to get a response for the ticket I submitted? and how do I know they received the email with my info?

Have you checked back under Support to see if you ticket has been responded to?

hmmmmm  i don't usually wait longer than 24 hrs (usually less) for a response.  Maybe the verification is taking longer than expected.  How long has is actually been since you opened the ticket?
