Feedback on the quality of American Express services

Greetings! I'm on the lookout for feedback regarding the quality of services provided by American Express. American Express is associated with reliability for me. The card has helped me out in a variety of situations, especially when traveling. I liked how american express treats its customers, if something happens, the customer service really helps and doesn't just brush it off. I'll also note the bonuses and loyalty programs, I won't say that they are super-profitable, but sometimes it's nice when you get back at least a little of what you spent.
