Offer Credit not showing up

Hello all, firstly great site. Probably the best survey/offers related site I've tried so far. Anyways, I noticed after a successful completion of "Funmobile" one of the ringtone offers, that I never recieved the $5.00. I sucessfully gave them my phone number, and verified the pin number. Everything on their end worked as it was supposed to and the minimum requirements for the offer were completed, but the money has not been posted to my account yet.

Is this a regular thing to happen or a simple mistake?

EDIT: wow thanks for the prompt reply and help...so basically money magically doesn't appear as stated and it just gets ignored. Great business here.
