Does Anyone use Direct Deposit for FC payments?

I just had a big argument with PayPal over bank transfers. Even though my bank is linked to my account, they won't let me instant transfer TO my bank. They said the bank doesn't allow it. So, I asked why PayPal is allowed to take an instant payment FROM my bank if I'm short of funds. That shouldn't be allowed either.

So I'm going to look for another way to received funds from FC and from other places that I can do with my cash what I want to do, not what the place I'm sending cash to decides for me. I've been with PayPal since the beginning and I'm just so frustrated with them lately because this is the 2nd problem I've had with them recently.

I have used DD twice. No problems with it.

When I first started, I would get a check in the mail, but one got lost in the mail one time.  I switched to direct deposit and have not had a problem since.

I just get a check, maybe because I am old fashioned and like to touch and feel my money. PayPal has grown too large and thinks they can make up their own rules to freeze accounts and keep our money and I do not like that.

Yes. I have used direct deposit from day 1. No problems there for me so far, but I'm not holding my breath waiting.
