Tired today

Feeling tired today  unlike regular days. Just tired for no reason. So went online and looked it up could be heart problems. Oh boy yeah I'm 65 my dad died of a heart attack at 49.  Site said if it lasts a few days call doctor. Well I'll be dead so can't call. Anxiety doesn't help. Don't feel anxious . Said to exercise did that to run dmc  Walk this way. Didn't hurt didn't help,enjoyed the music. Will try Madana next.

Being tired could be the result of many different things - not necessarily poor heart health. Generally speaking, getting more exercise is a good idea regardless, but I agree with ccandpam - better to see someone about it rather than simply relying upon an online search of symptoms. It was good to see that the site recommended that approach.

Vitamin D in winter !  If you don't get the sun take a supplement to avoid deficiency in Vit D.

I am diabetic so i feel tired all the time, but you shd see the doc as it could mean anything. hope you feel better soon

Glad you are feeling better.  But a new year is a good time to go in for a check up just to make sure everything is going well.
