FC- why is all monies that I earned being taken away

FC, why are you all stealing all the monies I earn?  Each time I make money, you continue to decrease my balance.  I would  really like to know.

If you have not cashed out within 180 days they start taking money away each day.  This happened to me last month.  I had enough to cash out so I did before the end of the month.

They did the same to me. Took my money, it expired. I stopped taking surveys on this site because it's not worth it anymore. Noone is reaching out to us about what is going on. No interaction. I just log in every blue moon.
