It's a really great thing to know.   I had been thinking about taking a refresher course, I was a life guard in high school. But then a few days ago I was in a situation where a person quit breathing everyone was running around screaming and in a panic!  But it just all came back to me.  I had one person call 911, and another help me with the elderly gentleman, we kept up the CPR until the paramedics arrived (he was already breathing again), a few days later I saw hi and he is doing great,  I was so glad that I was there and able to help him and somewhat calm the situation.
