If you are using Chrome, go to the survey page and hit Ctrl+Shift+I. The developer tools will open and you'll have a bunch of HTML/Javascript code. Just ignore that.

Then hit Ctrl+Shift+M and it will change to Mobile view. When you hover over the survey page you should see a grey circle instead of an arrow.

Right-click and select Reload. Surveys should become available again.

Don't close the developer tools or you'll have to start over again when the survey page refreshes.

Survey Page is down again. It will probably be fixed tomorrow. This does not help me towards cash out.

Did you try using the Developers Tool off the Edge or Chrome browser?  Click the three dots, down at the bottom where it says "More Tools" click that then at the bottom of THAT menu is Dev Tools .  If the survey page doesn't open or you get an error refresh it,  and at the top are tools to "Toggle" try that too.  Hope you get it fixed soon.

I have been very pleased with surveys in the last few days.  I've been doing at least one almost daily.  I keep inching along toward cash out.  FC is like the energizer bunny, it keeps on ticking!!!

I just did a survey and made 13 cents, YAY !!

I've rarely had survey issue on here. No bueno when it does happen. Usually for me its a net or browser issue

Just completed a survey, Success page and all but no credit .. probably a delayed credit but then no PTC ! Grrr

I hope that you do eventually get credit but usually, it is instant credit or nothing.

I have had the same thing happen to me too many times to count.

Very true, but then again on the day it credits, it does not count toward the PTC - two losses
