What three things would you bring to a deserted island?

Assuming there's no cell towers anywhere nearby, and no way to get electricity, I do agree a boat is a good idea. Haha. Other than that, I think I would bring a book, and a journal and pen (can that count as one thing?  ) because it would help me feel more sane.

Reruns of Gilligans Island so i would learn how to survive and would hope the professor would drop by to hook up all the thigamagigs to live comfortable.

I was thinking bottled water, snacks, and books. I want to not be too bored while I wait for the trip to end or me getting rescued.
