I try to take a walk 3 or 4 times a week, but just on little hills and the woods near our home.  I don't know if I am up to a hike up a mountain.  Maybe if I worked up to it.

My husband and I have hiked up to Icicle Ridge in Leavenworth, WA a few times. I think it's about 5 miles round trip, but at the top of the ridge, you can keep following the trail up the mountain if you want. I wouldn't say it's difficult (moderate probably), but it's a a lot of switchbacks up the mountain. I think it's about 3000 feet at the highest point, and it looks out over the town and river valley. Leavenworth is tucked into the Cascade Mountains. It's beautiful, my favorite place to visit.

No mountains close to us to walk on. There are several hills that we walk on a few times a year.

I did some hiking/walking in the Sequioa national park a couple of years ago. We made it up to a waterfall. It was a lot of fun but not something I do regular

We live in Western NC, so we have mountains all around and since it is the land of a thousand waterfalls, then we are lucky enough to be able to hike whenever we want to. This fall, we are going to glacier NP and Washington State and Oregon to hike to waterfalls.

I'm so sorry, that must be really hard. I can't imagine being unable to hike or walk. May God bless you.
