Trying for at least 30 minutes each day if weather permits. I have discovered that there are actually a lot of state parks even near where I live or in close driving distance. Nice to visit them as a field trip for the family.

this time of year i try to get outside 1-2 hours a day -weather permitting. in the nice weather i would live outside if i could.

I go out and work in my garden a bit and cut the grass when needed but other than that I try to stay indoors as much as possible.
