Motorola or Samsung

I have a unlocked Motorola phone I bought from best buy in October and already it is acting weird. It mutes by itself, changes between screens by itself, bad reception, goes on hold all by itself.  So.. I was thinking about purchasing another Motorola but an 5G. I have zero reception in my home, sometimes I do sometimes I don't. My husband just bought himself a Samsung and has no issues. We both belong to Metro PCS.

I was also thinking I was sold a refurbished phone. I asked for a new one.

I only buy Samsung phones, don't care for Motorola phones

Samsung is a better phones & other electronic equipment's!

UPDATE: I bought a Motorola 5G. I asked the sales person over the phone and she recommended the Motorola phone. I'll remain positive for now.

Samsung every time for me.  Haven't had any real problems.
