Peanut butter eggs

Peanut Butter Eggs
1 lb. (about 3 1/2 cups) powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter or marg, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix together with hands until thoroughly blended. Shape into eggs. Chill until firm. Dip in chocolate coating.
To melt chocolate for coating, a crockpot on low heat works well. It keeps the chocolate at a uniform heat.


I made this yesterday so easy and so good.  Try them I bet you will love them!

How could these NOT be good lol - I love reese peanut butter eggs and in my opinion anything homemade is better than anything store bought.  Thanks for the recipe

This sounds so yummy.  Will try ,love those Reeses peanut butter cup eggs. Better then the regular ones. I know I'll have both.

Have a laugh.... when I saw this I thought you were posting about putting peanut butter on eggs (like scrambled eggs or hard-boiled). I opened up the post and am thrilled to see your recipe for a delicious 'peanut butter egg' not 'peanut butter ON eggs'. They sound very yummy!
