Not always but if it's been a busy day at work and I'm extremely tired I definitely will.

I can not remember the last time I took a nap. I rarely do. I have to be very exhausted. For example, I only got two hours of sleep and worked hard the day before to take a nap.

Yes but only at work on breaks especially if I have to get up early like today.

At times I do.  After I get physical therapy, I seem to feel more tired for some reason.  I sleep afterwards.  Like yesterday, for instance, I was in so much pain, that I went to sleep when I came home.  Just meant to take a nap.  It ended up being for hours!  I guess the pain wears me out to where I want to just sleep.

I will find myself taking a 40-60 minute nap on a weekend - sometimes int he early afternoon especially if I had to get up early to run errands.

No, it's generally hard for me to take naps during the day, I may dose off but usually wake right back up.

Yes almost every day.  I sleep a long time at night and wake up soon to feel like I need to lie back down.  I am retired and in poor health so I just like down if I feel like I need to.......my son who lives with me fusses about it but I don't care.

I often want to take naps but it never works! I just lie there thinking of all the stuff I should be doing and then I get up with a sore neck and go do it lol.
