Better to be alive on hold than dead? I know of several people who would trade their coffin for the mere thought of being locked up at home and wearing a mask. I have been so happy working at home that I kind of dread having to go back into the office next year. Our latest corporate town hall has indicated that we are, most likely, not going into the office till next year, if at all. Production numbers and quality have jumped dramatically and the cost of two corporate buildings does not seem to make much sense. I am perfectly happy working from home, taking a few breaks here and there to entertain my dogs, not having to get dressed up, not showering, not commuting three days a week (I worked from home two days a week before CoVid).

You are a bit delusional.  I find it a bit disgusting that you think since you "work from home" that hygiene is something that can be skipped but guess since you are not around people it's not a big deal. People like you don't seem to grasp that everyone is not able to work from home. We can't all stay locked in our homes. And most people don't want to. Maybe all those people in coffins that you know should have worn a mask and stayed at home. After all, that is going to save you from this big bad scary virus that has a 99% recover rate. 

I think most people would like to work from home. To be able to just stay home every day and have money deposited in their checking account every month. But that is not reality.  And most real work from home jobs such as customer service, you have set working hours. You don't just work when you want like on these paid to click sites.

Countrygirl, THANK YOU for saying exactly what most of us are thinking! This is a political thing that had been blown WAY out of proportion. Yes, there is a virus. No we dont need to keep freaking out. Just stop already.

  You are welcome. It is amazing at how brainwashed so many people are. I saw a few days ago where there have only been 155 cases of the flu in the US this past flu season. Uh, yeah, because they are calling everything covid.  
This was never about a virus. It is 100% political and 100% about control.

 We had to miss 2 graduations that were important to us.  I'm not allowed to leave the house because I'm high risk.  My son's wedding is on hold.  It just sucks.

Since the virus has been with us for months.  I just get out the house long enough to get my hair fixed.  My hair dresser and I both have our mask on since I go early that morning and she and I are the only one there.  I order online at Walmart and get what I need and then go pick it up and they put it in the trunk of my car.  I am staying safe.

She says the virus has a 99% recovery rating.Meanwhile 100s of thousands have died and many jobs have gone under.....yet a couple of people have died RE getting the vaccine and NOW she is leading a parade against it.LOL...she must have the virus in her brain.

Im on the fence getting it cos i have said i get a reaction even to novacaine.In no way am i against it.If it carries NO blood products and JW.org hasnt spoke out against it we are told to support the authorities.

Im still treating myself to natural products to help a strong immune system but again NOT against the vaccine.

I just wanna alert you to this fool who buries herself and with the crap that comes out of her mouth and dont wanna see her mislead any of you.

While 100,000s have died with a 99% recovery rate......and a few have died getting vaccine that U wonder if even vax caused it.

Since I am retired I don't have the problems many people have.  I feel for you and the many who lose jobs and find themselves lost in the daily working world.  Life is so much more stressful for those who are in your position than mine.  So sorry!

My life is not on hold just had to make some adjustments because of the virus but I'm happy,  grateful and content because it could always be worse.

I don't go around people much since the virus is around.  I get my hair fixed in the early morning once a week and the hair dresser and I both have our mask on.  I order from Walmart online and go pick my items up and they put my order in my trunk of my car.

BUT..... the items were touched by the person who stocked the shelves, random shoppers who pick up and set back down items, the person who picked your order, the person who brings it to your car...

If you want to use the online shopping that is fine but people don't think about all this other stuff. I guess having less shoppers in the store are good for the rest of us who continue to live.  I would not know what that is like though because in store shopping never slowed down in my area.  Through out this whole thing our local Walmart, Lowes, the grocery stores - all have been super crowded all the time.  Our Walmart had a record breaking year last year. But when you get unemployment at $1000 a week I guess that is to be expected. Hilarious is all these people now are owing huge tax bills when they file their taxes because they seem to think this was just free money.

I definitely feel like life is on hold due to COVID. The most visible example is that we have suspended all travel, both domestic and international, as COVID continues. I so look forward to the day where I could travel with my family again.

This pandemic has taken away all my freedom.  Didn't think I would miss it because of a virus that could have been prevented. You can't visit, or someone to visit me.  Stress level is getting up there.

Yes, absolutely correct. My husband has said this since the very beginning.  And the more people that "fall in line", the worse it is going to be.

I try to stay busy.  Working on my arts and craft and DIY's.  I do this to not stress as much.

No, I don't feel like my life is on hold. I see many opportunities in learning new trades. I've also been blessed with steady employment and was recently offered a job!
