You need to get a few different email addresses and alternate them when doing offers.  You can get free accounts with yahoo, hotmail, etc.  You want to use these because you will get lots of email from advertisers from filling out these offers.  By using these other email addresses, you can take your time and sort through them without having them mixed in with your personal emails. But you also want to do this because some of the offers are from the same companies and if you have already been credited using one email address, you probably will not get credited with that same address on another offer from that same advertiser.

I personally use Gmail because they allow you to add periods to your email addresses.  Adding a period makes myname AT gmail.com distinctly different than my.name AT gmail.com, and all messages will wind up at the same account.  Sure cuts down on the number of new accounts you need to make!
