Will we ever get our bonus again

No telling. A lot of us are wondering.

I like posting so I continue to post and just in case we might ever get Forum Bonus money again, I submit my 30 posts every month.

I wish the administrator / owner of FC would give us information about what is happening with and around bonuses.

November was the first time in many months, years, really, that I didn't submit my forum posts to claim the bonus.  I had my 30, but I had lots of other things going on, and it didn't feel like a high priority, so I never got around to it.

I submitted my forum posts but I'm wondering if it's just a waste of time.  I wish FC would give us a update on what's going on and why we aren't receiving our bonuses.

It may just be academic and not amount to anything, but don't forget that you can still put in your November posts bonus claim in December - provided that your 30 posts were all posted IN November.

I honestly do not see that happening. The payments have to be approved so obviously the admin is still around.  Not sure why no support tickets are being answered. Or other issues with the site are being ignored and not fixed.  Honestly we probably will never know. It will not surprise me to log in one day and see a disclaimer that says the site is closing on x date and you have til that date to cash out or lose your earnings. That or just one month the pay does not come and nobody knows what happened. lol

As long as it is available to submit I will submit the posts.  If it pays it does.  If it doesn't then it doesn't.  I really don't see it happening again.  Kind of like the picture of payment proof - how long has it been since anybody was paid for that?

If FC should close, I would be glad to be given advance notice. I have been on sites that got poof in the. night. You try to log in and there is no such site and that is all there is. It is not a glitch. The site went bust without saying goodby.

I have been on other sites that let us know they are closing down on such and such a date so that we can cash out in advance, That I appreciate and respect.

I do not think I have ever been a part of anything that just closed with no notice. If I have I do not remember. The thing is if they said oh we are closing at the end of the month a lot of people may not be able to reach the cash out threshold and will loose money.  But like I have said for a few months now it will not surprise me to see this site shut down. Maybe things will get better.  I am noticing new members seem to be able to make a good chunk of change every month.

I have always been in favor of cashing out as soon as it was possible for two reasons, the first being that the site could disappear and you would lose what you've been saving up.  Secondly, your enroller misses his/her $5 bonus each month that you don't cash out.  I, too, have been involved with a handful of sites that went "poof in the night" as bostonphil described.  I've also seen sites that give you the warning, and that's so much easier to accept.

Thumbs up to the sites that give you a date they will be closing. Back when I first started Kohler was the administrator and he participated in the forum and had weekly contests and trivia for a few cents. It was a lot of fun.

I remember Kohler and when he administered site. It was one of the best sites of its kind back then -- a lot of fun. I do not think that we ever expected this site to change except to get better and better.

But then we never expected a serious recession followed by an almost too powerful economy followed by COVID.

I have been on more than one site that just went poof in the night and that was just how it went. The site was live one day and there was no site the next.

I can not remember the names of any of these sites. It was just a few here and there and none of them were terribly important in my life but I was still an active member when they went poof. There was no advance warning.

I can not remember the message that we got after the site had gone bust and we tried to log in but we got a message and it did not say"so long" or anything like that. We got like an error message or no such site.

It was pretty much like when FC has had a glitch for several hours or a day or more except the sites that I am thinking of never came back up.

I will keep posting until they tell us different. I think I am hoping for a big bonus payout at some point down the road. Plus its not a big deal to post once a day or so.

Agree with you. But with the way things are going, I'd be surprise if they even post a disclaimer saying that they'll close. I half-expect them to just shut down without saying anything.

I feel the same way. I fully expect to try to log on one day and it just not even pop up.
