We all stayed home and had a nice Turkey Dinner, which made possible the Day After Thanksgiving Plan (My Favorite) I sliced a slice of bread in half and laid on a slice of breast of turkey and lathered the other half with home made cranberry sauce (the lumpy kind) and ate it while leaning over a plate to catch any drips (so I could lick them off at the end). To me this is the REAL flavor of the season.

Of course the main meal would be in the afternoon. Then later on in the evening i would like to take a slice of white meat turkey, put it on a fresh toasted roll with lettuce, mayo and some salt and pepper.

Man was that good.

My husband and I make a turkey dinner for the two of us, followed by a hike in the State Park.
