Ice cream bread

I have not tried this, but it sounds good and it's easy.

Ingredients:

1 cup butter pecan ice cream, softened

3/4 cup self-rising flour

1 tablespoon sugar

Mix the ingredients together. Pour in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Let me know if you try it before I do. It's a Taste of Home recipe.

Hmmm  Wonder if you could use a different flavor of ice cream?  Looks interesting.  If I try it I will let you know how it turned out.  But I would not use pecan ice cream.

Thanks for the recipe. I like recipes that only have a few ingredients. It also sounds delicious and not too sweet. I think I will try to make it one day.

Never tried this but I did see this recipe years ago and was always tempted to try it and I do believe you could use any flavor of ice cream

I never heard of this, but I do like Taste of Home recipes.  I will have to try this, of course if my husband sees me making this he will probably be calling the men with the white coats in 😁.   However, if he likes it, I’ll have to make it all the time 😁

Wow this looks so easy and sounds good.  If you added bananas then it would be like Banana Nut Bread, but either way it sounds good.

Gosh! If someone makes this, a drizzle of icing over a piece sounds good.  Butter Pecan ice cream is so good.  But, then again, what ice cream isn't? It is all good!! YUM!!
