New thread - Old problem accessing survey page, survey emails

Months of on and off again access to my survey page on FusionCash, no daily survey emails I am still receiving this :

This page isn’t working right now
www.fusioncash.net can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500


Who else has a support ticket submitted for this??

I ran into problems like that before. I do not think support will do much about this error. I tried contacting back and they said they cannot do anything about that error.

I had that problem before but it fixed itself. Haven't seen it in months. Mabe you should try using another browser and see if that helps.

I've tried Chrome, Win10 Edge and Internet Explorer all with the same results.  After reading countless articles it comes down to FC servers are handling the request and there is nothing I can do from my end.  I have updated the support ticket multiple times and they fix it now and again.  Now it isn't working, so Tap, PTC, daily email and the Thoughts count survey are the only cash options.  waiting...

But did they offer any explanation?  Did they tell you WHY you are getting the error?  You can google that error message and find out what it means.  Guess I am just different because any time anybody has got a error message or something on the websites I maintain does not work IF somebody lets me know there is a problem I try to fix it.  If there is an error message that is unique to them I tell them that and why they are getting it.  Not just say oh I can't do anything about that and act like it does not matter.

The browser may need to be updated.  Sounds like that is the issue.

Clear your cache & browser history and try again. If that doesn't work experiment with different browsers & one last final step make sure if you have ad blocker you kill it before doing a survey. Some surveys are temper mental and don't like adblockers at all

I have researched this error on the web, they all say the same thing, it is on the server, not on the computer trying to load the page.  Here is the address and the error.  My browser was updated recently and it is Win10 Edge. (Get the same error on another computer w/ Chrome Browser)  My support ticket dates back to August and several times it has been corrected but a few days later, it's:

I think I saw that exact error today.  I closed my browser, and when I reopened it, I didn't have a problem.

I'm not getting an error message. I'm just not getting any FC surveys. I haven't had any in over a week.

My daily emails have stopped.. apparently around October 19, I didn't even notice.
The last time I participated in the 2cent emails was October 8.

My motivation on FC is definitely waning.

I think I have received the 500 error before when using certain parts of the site. I usually just try again later. Also, whenever I get any type of error or the site is running slow, I clear the cache and browsing history. I usually also try a different browser.

I keep updating my support ticket every day and I still get this error on the survey page, worked for two days then error again.
