I have never heard of it before.
I keep seeing this (or a similar) response, which brings up the real question. what are you going to do about it? I maintain a website for a car dealer and he has a tendency to drag his feet when this  pandemic slows his cash flow even a little, so I need to click his button if I don't want him to fall way behind and make it even harder. I have used emails and phone messages, but a physical invoice seems to carry more weight, so I am going to try this next time. Putting together a physical invoice and getting everything in the mail slows me down, so maybe this can be worth the extra half a buck to make it happen easier.

Have heard of this but never needed to do it. I know you can ship packages from home. Good information to know is to know how to do stuff.

This is new to me but sounds interesting though. Might check it out for the hell of it. NO harm in that

Not quite, you don't print anything. All you do is write it and upload the finished document file (PDF or Docx) to their website, then they print it, stuff it in an envelope they furnish, put the proper postage on the envelope and send it to the address (one or many) you want to receive it.

I haven't heard of it before this.  How much are you paying for each stamp???  I use USPS  :)stamps.com and have for several years.  I'm quite happy with it.

Switchmail.com sounds like a great idea until you think about it a minute. If you can just go to the site, upload and document, pay the postage and voila - it gets sent - why don't you just attach the document to an email and send it over the internet without paying the postage? It isn't likely to be used too often, I would think.

Believe it or not, everyone does not have the Internet. Also getting a snail mail has a higher open rate than email ever will.

It's just a service that will mail any document for you so you don't need to stock supplies or take the time to do it yourself.
