Just completed a very long survey, probably at least 45 minutes from GAUGE INSIGHTS.   Submit page did not return to FC, so no credit.   I hate these scam type survey companies.  AVOID GAUGE INSIGHTS if you can!

Thank you for the heads up. You might still get credit even though it is unlikely.  It probably will not help you but I suggest that you open a support ticket.

I have had this happen to me so many times that I can not even count the number of times.

It is not just a FC problem. It has happened to me on all my sites.

Here is what I received from FC this morning:

The advertiser for FC Survey: Benchmark Bumper Mixed Bumper Mixed Survey has revoked payment for your signup.  We have adjusted your account to remove the credit for FC Survey: Benchmark Bumper Mixed Bumper Mixed Survey and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. 

We are unable to provide compensation in the event of advertiser revocation.

FC Surveys are revoked for one of several possible reasons: your answers were rejected by the survey provider, or you completed the survey too quickly, or (in some cases) you were required to complete a second step (e.g. attend a focus group) and you failed to do so.

If you have any questions, please log in to your account and open a support ticket.

Was this through Tap? I hate when they are so much longer than they should be and even worse when you decide OK, I'l do the whole thing and find out you wasted your time. I had that happen on another site today. It was a survey that was showing 1 minute (which I knew had to be a typo) and was through qualtrics. Normally for me, they are no longer than 20 minutes, but this one had gone way past that and still wasn't done, so I opted to close it. Why do they think they have to make them so long? Then they are usually boring too!

 : Follow up:   Well I got an $.80 cent FC Survey credit added to my account early this morning, so that must be for it.   I never put in a support ticket because that just seems like a waste of time these days.   I do have this happen from time to time but this one had me especially butt-hurt since it was such a long survey and I was tired, when it went to the survey site itself instead of returning to FC after submitting.

Then they are usually boring too!                           No this one was a FC Survey, not Tap.  It said it was 13 minutes but was almost an hour, errrr,uggg!   Also it had a lot of ugly grids and plenty of type in questions.  I thought about X-ing it out because I was tired but hung in there until completed.

I haven’t come across anything from Gauge Insights, but I’ll keep an eye out for it. What happened to you is very unfortunate, but I’m glad you ultimately ended up getting .80. It still seems a little low to me for 45 minutes, but at least you got something. I usually don’t attemp surveys longer than 10 or 15 minutes unless I know I have plenty of time.

Oh that's great!! So it was an FC survey then? I got a 50 center that I did in my email yesterday! Don't think it was 45 mins though. Sure glad you got your payment!
