Talking to other people all day is horrible.  Being a telemarketer is the worst job that was ever created.  I tried that some years ago, but after doing the job for 1 day,  I had enough.  Doing this job as a primary has to be awful.  I hate talking to people.

This is not telemarketing.  The OP said it is an "Inbound Call Rep" which would mean you just take calls.  There is actually a call center that works with multiple companies about 40 minutes from my home.  I could have a job there if I wanted it.  They are always hiring so it must not be too good of a job. lol  Some people love jobs like this.  I have talked to people with Amazon that seemed to love to talk to people.

Good luck with your new job!!  I hope it works out for you!!  I still go to the office everyday.....even during the quarantine I was still required to come in every day.
