set up my account profile

I have been trying to set up my profile so that I can continue to earn credits but the profile always fails (been trying for 3 0 4 weeks now).  I have sent messages to support but have not received a reply.  Anyone have any ideas how to get help or fix this?

I have been trying to set up my profile information since the beginning of March.  My phone number and email are verified but the Fusioncash website won't save my profile information (address).   I have submitted help tickets and while I did have one answered it didn't fix the problem. It only told me to clear the cache ( browsing history and cookies) and to restart the computer. I replied in a help ticket and stated that the previous options didn't work. I also am at a loss for how to fix this.  Since it is now the end of July, I am afraid I am going to start losing cash due to it being almost 180 days since the first time I used the site.

I would really like to fully utilize the site but can't since I can't cash out.  I do the daily email for 2 cents.  I like the quote included in the email everyday and look forward to it as this is part of my morning routine.

Please help me too!!
