It's been hard.

July 18 my Dad passed away.  I am not sure if they allowed us special visits or if the nursing home opened up to limited  visitors.  I like to think that he lived long enough to touch my Mom again.  I also don't like to think that if it wasn't for the virus he might have lived longer.  He didn't have the virus.  He had a stroke.  Because of the virus the service was limited to just his immediate family.   

The other day I learned that my neighbor of over 20 years has inoperable throat cancer.  Just so sad.  Prayers for my neighbor please?

I am so very very sorry for the loss of your dad.  I know these words can’t even begin to make you feel better or ease the hurt but please accept my deepest condolence.  Just know he is in a better place and looking down at you.  I also am sorry to hear about your neighbor.

Hi, It's hard when we lose our parent/s. I send my sincere sympathy. I pray you would be comforted, and have peace.

This is such a hard, sad situation when loved ones can't visit their family members in nursing homes and hospitals as they could in the past.  I just heard today of a young couple who expect to have their baby on Monday and the husband just came down with the virus, testing positive and displaying the symptoms.  The wife doesn't know if they will let her mother be with her or not. We must pray for God's peace and comfort and mercy in such hard times.
