i have not been  getting email invites for  survey  i went to email section and tried to update it will not let me update survey invites why is this happening and how can i fix it

Is your email part of a VPN?  or email address is blocked, spam directed or invalid.  Try using another email address by changing the one FusionCash has on file.

not using a vpn i get all other emails from fusion just not the survey invites

On that note, I have only received two this week myself, maybe there aren't any you qualify for, due to age or demographic information.

that is not problem i check my email preferences i updated them and was given message it was upated correctly then went back all email was marked on except surveys  so i did it again and agin it said done right and again when i went back it has all on but surveys ?? what is up with that

I know it's probably futile but send in a ticket and see what their response is..might be a simple solution

I no longer get email invites to surveys and have not in a very long time.

I believe that I have been banned from taking most FC surveys.

I do get other emails from FC but not invites to surveys.

There is an on / off button to receive email invites to surveys. Mine is off. I try to change it to on but it defaults back to off.

The only way I can do FC surveys is through my email. I get them quite frequently, but I've noticed there hasn't been many over the past week. Wondering if maybe they are going to your spam folder?

Hmmm well I just went and checked my email preferences and mine also shows surveys in the "off" position. But I still get them so not sure what the deal is there.

i just started getting them again but the oeference is still in the off position  again dont make any sense

The email invite sometimes will some how uncheck itself so you wont get the emails. Recheck that on here and you should get them. If you continue to have issues put in a ticket about it

This has never been an issue for me. I haven't been as active as last year. In fact not one cash out at all this year on this. I'm hoping to change that this coming up month. But even with allt hat said I still get fusioncash emails

Last year I had an issue where I was not getting email invites for surveys. Now I get them once in a while and I hardly qualify for them but I will still try them whenever I get them

I havent had survey invites in a long time.

I have the opposite issue.  I don't want email survey invites and I get several a day.  Try to turn it off but it defaults to on!
