I love my dell. No issues Good brand!

Stay away from HP - mom'friends husband did work for them!

HP is using cheap parts from China!

Agree with the "Stay away fro HP" part 100%
The newest laptop I have is a HP & it is SO slow, takes forever to process & sticks/crashes frequently. Never had a computer so pathetic, ugh.

Why would you think that? HP is an excellent laptop. Not sure why people ask what the best laptop to get is because everybody has their own opinion. I would do my own research on each available to me laptop and then make a choice based on info available on their sites not what some random person says.  I have had HP laptops more than once and never had any issues with them.

:) ;) :D ;D 8)i still use windows 7 out of date :-[ :-[ :-[

Don't feel bad. I'm still using XP on my desktop tower. I love it. Wish they never would have upgraded. The programs I used are so easy to learn. I am upset that i can't update Google and can't use Firefox either. My Outlook Express crashed, but I'm forced to use Xfinity email.

I couldn't use the keyboard on the laptop so I attached a keyboard, mouse and headphones for sound. That's the only good thing I can say about the laptop. I wanted to print from the laptop, but can't do it. I'm missing something. I read the directions but it didn't help. Oh, well.

I am not sure I would like the Chromebook, some morning I have to use several different browsers to make my pennies.

I wish I had something that still had XP on it.
