Monday Sadness

Not really. So many other things for people to be sad about. My Father passed away three weeks ago while my siblings and I were speaking to him in the hospital via face time, that was sad. His funeral was sad because none of my siblings came to pay their respects (but they sure have been around a lot asking about the last will and testament). My ten and a half year old Golden Retriever passed away five days ago, in our kitchen. That was sad and will be sad when we pick up her ashes. Thinking about those two things makes me think that Mondays are not really high up on things that make me sad. I have off this Monday so it will actually be a happy day. There is a song out there about a little girl (who killed a few people) called "I don't like Mondays" by the Boomtown rats.

So sorry for your lost. That is sad your siblings didn't care much for the funeral but they were all in for the will. May your precious dog rest in piece as well.

yes, Monday's are depressing. I guess it's back to work, & real life phase. I guess, that's why they have so many songs about Mondays.
