One factor that is being overlooked is, no matter what the charge if it results in prison, the inmates are not going to make life comfortable for him.
Prisoners wont make life comfy for anyone, let alone a cop that put his knee on a black persons throat & they died.

He better get used to being alone in protective custody.I cant understand how someone can be so foolish to have done what he did.Talk about throwing his life down the toilet.

And the other 3 wimps.NO *alls to throw the jerk offa the victim.

I agree with Old Buddy regarding the jail time.  This thing is world wide and also know in the prison system.  If they go to jail, I hope they don't receive the same treatment they gave out.  No one deserves to have their life snuffed out like that regardless of what crime was committed.

I wondered about that as well.  Funny because they are all in there for the same type of thing so how are they any better? I doubt he would be put in general population.

I bet they will do a plea deal, can you imagine if it went to trial & they got off.  I hope they go to jail for a very long time, for the greater good of everyone -- I was in the 1992 Los Angeles riots when people rioted after those police were found not guilty for their beating of Rodney King & it was not good... non-stop rioting with no relief & no police in sight to stop anyone. The Federal government had to send in the US military to Los Angeles.

Why dont you get arrested and have a talk with all the prisoners and ask them why?
