Tap Research surveys
« on: May 10, 2020, 02:49:26 pm »
I just completed a 30-minute survey on the COVID-19 what I do differently from my normal life. I completed the survey, company statement tanked me (the usual spiel) and said to click "Finish" to get my reward. I did and was cheated because the next page told me I didn't qualify for the survey. I put a support ticket into Tap but I dn't give much hope. I have other support tickets in to them for the cheating these companies are doing by taking our answers but not paying.

I wish I would have written the name down of that survey.  If anyone else took the same survey and remember the name, post it so no one else gets ripped off.  >:( >:( >:(

It sounds like a familiar survey, but I can't remember if I got credit or not. I hate it when that happens though.

I had a similar experience with one that was probably20 minutes long about health issues.  When I finished and clicked the "submit" button, it took me to a page to sign up for more surveys and never did credit.  :(

I have had that happen to me way too many times to count. I know it is frustrating to be on a Survey for any amount of time and they tell you that you are all finished, but when you hit the finish button, it tells you that you didn’t qualify. I just move on and hope each time I take a Survey, that it does not happen again.

I had a survey recently that said I completed it and would get my reward but the next page said I did not qualify  ???

But when I checked my account later the credit was there.  ;)

I think I may know which survey you are talking about, and the same thing has happened to me twice before. It is very unfortunate. I think I remember what it looks like, so if I see it again, I will just move on to something else.

That stinks, esp after you spend a lot of time on one survey for 1c. so sorry

I got a good paying Tap survey today for less than 5 minutes of work.  It paid $0.36.

It's bad enough we don't get a decent amount for taking these surveys. Why just "move on" without saying anything? I feel if you don't send a support ticket, stuff like this will happen more often. They feel they got away with free information and data and will push more surveys like this. Saves them money because they don't pay.
