Recently since I have had more time on my hands I have been watching youtube shows on my firestick. They are entertaining and you can learn a lot about what the topic is. I currently watch a few firestick channels and I learn about the free channels and apps and new ones that come out. I have not had cable for over a year and a half.  :)

I've done online courses and, of course, go on make money sites where I endlessly do surveys or play games. :monkey: I did one jigsaw puzzle and have ordered another one. I read some. I do some crossword puzzles.

I take walks and take long drives. I miss seeing people and shaking people's hands and hugging people. I'm a firm believer in hugs but I guess that's over forever. I don't see people going back to normal after this. I think everyone will still be afraid to do anything near others. I hope not; but I kind of think so.

Yesterday, I was on walkway and the woman coming towards me turned her head, moved to the side of the walk and lifted a face mask to her face as I passed.  ::) I won't miss that kind of behavior. I hate everyone being scared of everyone else. It's not a nice way to live your life. God help us.  :angel11:

That is ridiculous. If you are that scared you need to stay at home. I have seen similar actions.  I do agree with you that I think people are going to be afraid of others from now on.  People who act like this are not smart enough to realize when you go to the grocery store there have been tons of hands of the items you are buying. lol  People don't think.  They go to an extreme on one thing and do something completely stupid the next minute.

I was at Walmart a few days ago and we were sitting in the car and there was a woman parked across from us and she had a container of clorox wipes. Before she got in her car she wiped down the handle, down the side, and all over the place.  I am thinking - what are you doing? Do you really think people are running around touching your car door handle?  Then she throws her wipe down on the parking so somebody else has to pick it up and touch what she has touched.  I realize she doesn't care about that. ::)

That woman definitely deserves some sort of a dual COVID/DARWIN award.

She's a perfect example of a slovenly and a totally a-n-a-l person. There must be some place where we could put those people. They could constantly clean up while others picked up their messes.

What could we call it; Lonely Heartbreak Street Hotel? Sorry, Elvis. Yours was the first song titles that came to mind to fit my ranting disdain.

You can't lock yourself inside of your home, because you are afraid to live your life again.  Allowing your fears to control you is not good for you.  No one knows when this virus will go away but you have to work towards the norm before the virus.  Good luck.

What I can't understand is that I made a post about youtube and one person replied to the category. The other one said they were staying busy and afraid to go outside. I don't understand that one :o

Yes, I have been watching a lot of YouTube lately, and I have learned an awful lot during the past few months from it. We also have Netflix, so I have more to watch than I have time for. We do have cable, which is bundled with our Internet and phone, but I am thinking of dropping the cable part of it because we just don't use it.  :peace:

I wish I had a fire-stick but I don't.  However I did recently add You Tube as an app on my smart tv so I could watch my favorite show Hoarders and the like.  I love You Tube.

I was never really a YouTube user until recently.  I was having a problem with my smartphone and was clueless about what to do when a friend suggested I try searching YouTube....I found a video that told me exactly what to do to fix the problem! Now I've been spending time searching the site daily.

I've been watching a lot of youtube lately, also on my Fire Stick -- I watched some Quarantine cooking short video that came up on my home screen with Paula Deen, next thing I know there are a ton of quarantine cooking shows appearing on my home screen;  & I have found out that people filming their Costco shopping is a popular thing that apparently is quite profitable with shows getting 100,000+ views each. $4 - $15 per each 1000 views on youtube adds up. It's amazing. :)

I don't spend a whole lot of time of you tube because I can't allow myself to do so because I won't get anything else accomplished.  There is so much stuff that you can indulge in.
