It is getting very hard for me to stay focused on one thing for an extended period of time. As a result, there are days when I don't get a whole lot done.what do you all do to help yourself stay focused.  Maybe this is a problem that is unique to me. Am I the only one with this problem???

I struggle with focus on work, especially in the morning as well, as I need to periodically drop in and out to help my son with his school work. He struggles with transitions, which is a pain point for me.

I struggle with this sometimes, what works for me is finding music that fits my mood best at that time. Music helps me focus, but if I'm listening to something that feels off, then it'll just end up distracting me more!

Staying focused can be a real problem for me about half the time. Sometimes if I get on my computer to do one thing, I end up doing all sorts of other things online that aren't the thing that I sat down to do, LOL! But then again, sometimes I'm laser focused on what I'm doing. i sometimes think the blood flow to my brain is compromised during those non-focusing times.  :peace:

It appears that I am not the only suffering with this problem.  I appreciate your input and encouragement.

I'm the same way, & usually, in order to get focus for the next day, I create a list of things I want to accomplish. I don't make it a big list just a few steps so that I'm not overwhelmed & the reward experience is quick to get.
