Movies delayed

With the coronavirus outbreak, several movies release schedule have moved, including:

 Wonder Woman 1984  to 8.14.20

The Suicide Squad to 8.6.21

The Batman to Oct.1.21

Black Adam to 12.22.21

The Flash to 6.3.22

Shazam 2 to 11.4.22

and Aquaman 2 to 12.16.22

So, based on that list, nothing but superhero/supervillain movies?

I've been waiting several years for the new season of Fargo to drop. It was initially scheduled to premier on April 19. From the rumors I hears, it sounds like they had filmed over 80% of the season, but did not finish up the final few episodes before the quarantines went into effect.

I suppose movie theatres are closed now. my son in law and grandson will love some of these movies.going to watch the joker today haven't seen yet.

Now Venom 2 has been moved to 6-25-21. Oy!

yeah I saw that the Batman got moved, thats interesting! Some people say it may even help the movie since it'll have less competition

Was black widow supposed to come out or any other marvel movies - most of the ones you listed were in the DC universe.

Yeah, Think Black Widow is supposedly set for November.

Some movies were being put straight to Pay Per View - one was Trolls World Tour, & I just read Scooby Doo is going that same route. 

The new normal maybe... hopefully not.

A lot of the movies are going straight to pay per view, streaming to help generate some revenue.  My daughter works for Warner Bros and they are working like crazy trying to get programing to fill in all the sports slots.  Not just for the USA but for outlets all over the world.
