Can May 15 be the end of Social distancing?

I haven't heard a day to the end of social distancing but it really doesn't affect me too much anyway because for the most part I'm a loner and I still don't feel comfortable to travel right now and may not any time soon.

I hear the new last day of social distancing is set for May 15, have you heard that too? I certainly hope so I miss having my daily walks outside. Nonetheless even if we are able to go back to school and work how long until we get back to our normal fully? For me I still will have to be careful as I get sick easily. What are your honest thouths about the world wide isolation do you think the Government is over reacting and we all need to go back to work? I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

If it's true I'm glad for the ones who are looking forward to seeing their friends and family members.  I understand that this period of quarantine has caused a lot of people anxiety.

I agree!! I think it's far too soon; the numbers are the same and in some states still climbing.

I really think the government should make a vaccine or cure available FIRST and then talk about getting things going again. Just because we've been hiding away, doesn't mean the virus has given up and is no longer a threat! Would you go swimming again if a killer shark was on the loose and it hadn't been caught yet? Yup, looks okay everybody, back in the water! yeah, I didn't think so. We need a virus cure, not silly talk.

I can see them opening the states too soon to attempt to curve the economic downfall caused by the virus but I think health and lives should be made priority.

No I haven't it's going to take a long time for that to happen I honestly don't see it happening anytime soon.  I can't see it happening until next year.  Life is not going to get back to what it was in that short amount of time.  We're going to be going through it for a long time. I return back to work in June and I'm still going to continue to wear a mask and socially distance myself for a long time.

I see one more year before it even happens and to then it still wont be the same without proper safety items.
