No it doesn't. I thought with Tap down again, I'd try doing a survey on the above but got this:

I am now thinking that all thee survey sites are having problems because of everyone being home and can't keep up. Either that or they are not able to access the 'net because of  the kids having to do their school work and overloading the 'net.  I'm giving up for today. I made a few pennies but none of them count towards the $0.5 cents to do PTC. Bummer!

Hmmm I haven't tried My Thought Counts for some time. We just get back to Tap credits working again and boom! Yet another road block.

After I saw this, I tried My Thought Counts and it worked fine. I have to say thanks for posting this because I normally would not have tried My Thought Counts, but I qualified for a survey and received a $1.00 reward. If I were you, I would just try again later. Also,if you're having problems getting to .05, I also had good luck with Peanut Labs surveys today.

It is a shame I think the majority of posts this month have been on the Tap Research not working. I think with us all stuck inside we need something to do.

No, but they do count toward the 15 cents in offers needed to cashout before your prior earnings expire.

I havent tried my thought counts surveys. I just keep trying FC surveys and collecting my pennies until I am able to complete one.

With TAP being out of commission, I tried My Thought Counts but page never loaded. Just got a  white screen and I tried more than once on different days.
