you must confirm your account using the phone verification thingy

only confirm your signup by clicking the link in the confirmation email received from FC and verify your phone number also you might used a public pc or friend's pc so all the accounts will have the same IP address

Im on a college campus so Im guessing the ip addresses are all the same. So am I out of lucky? I did the phone verification and everything.

Depends on how your college is wired. But there's a good chance of that.
I don't think that affects your bonus though.

This was like two years ago, so my memory may be off, but I don't I had verified my phone when I got my bonus. I just clicked the confirmation email and filled out my profile.

Quick way to check if you're on a shared ip, would be to check a site like whatismyip.com and then ask someone in another room to do the same, and see what it is.
If it's the same, you're on a shared network.
