If your trying to contact oldbuddy I can tell you that oldbuddy on skype isn't the same person. I tried for a couple of days to contact oldbuddy on skype before I finally found out that it was the wrong oldbuddy.

Hint: search for oldbuddy with google and then search skype for his real name and send him a skype text message, he doesn't answer skype calls.

Been trying to get a referral myself, trying to get my Girlfriend to sign up LOL.
It's hard with things like this because people think everything like fusioncash are scams.
And its hard to explain to some people who think this way that unlike most Fusioncash is legit.

I am having the same problem, everyone thinks its a scam even if they see me spending my money. I have a paypal debit card so I'm able to use mine right away anywhere I want to but just cant find a way to explain that you dont have to give your credit card number or bank account info if you don't want to. Even the phone number confirmation makes people say no because they don't want junk calls. I gave my real home phone number when I signed up and have never had a call bc of Fusion Cash (I never give it out on the offers though!)
