'Pink' supermoon: Full moon coming Tuesday April 7

Here's something to look forward to : The biggest, brightest supermoon of 2020 will be appearing in the night sky Tuesday, April 7 at 10:35 p.m. EDT. Of the three supermoons this year, April's supermoon will come closest to our planet – and thus appear the largest.

April's supermoon is the second of three to take place in in a row, following March's super worm moon and preceding May's super flower moon, due to take place on May 7.

Wow that sounds really cool! The moon seems so bright sometimes it can still cast shadows in our yard!

Heard about this for tonight but is suppose to be really stormy and raining here so not sure we will be able to see it.  Going to try and see it

It will be raining in our area this evening and been cloudy all day , so not sure if I'll be able to see; but it sounds nice for those that will be able to see.

The moon was beautiful when I came to work at 4:30 this morning.

I don't get it. I always check out these so-called supermoons if the weather permits, and they never look any different than any other moon. Maybe because I live in the city? I don't know, looks like a regular moon to me.

I did see the big and bright Supermoon last night just about the time I made a quick grocery run.  The store that is closest to my house that I typically shop for these quick "fill-in" trips for groceries cut back their hours so I now have to be mindful of the time.  I don't mind at all; the checkers and stocking folks are doing all of us a good deed during the Shelter In Place order in my hometown.
