How many have sent ticket to FC?

I'm curious how many people have sent a help ticket to FC concerning not getting the Tap Research payments? I hate to send one, but if not many have already, I will. Have missed out on so much and I'm pretty sure it's on FC's side that the problem lies. Thanks! 

I sent in both sites, FC and Tap on the second day when I did not get credit for the disquals, but NOW I completed surveys on Tap and they owe real survey credits, I am sure it's on FC end because it credited properly on the Tap site list of completed surveys.

I have contacted both TAP and FC.  Obviously everyone knows about the problem.....

Yep, it is a major problem, just like this darn virus that I hope none of you have been unfortunate enough to contract! I live with my sister and thankfully we are good so far. I sure about my (grown) children and grands though, they live far away. OK well, I know we are all hopeful the issue with Tap will be resolved sooner than later, I didn't try one today and probably won't. Thank you all for your responses!

After the last bunch of responses I have had from them, I don't send tickets really at anymore. I really don't know what happened to when the staff answers tickets. It is like they don't want to be bothered.
