The first thing I do now when I start working on my $.05 for the next day is to try a Tap Research.  As others have reported, today, it's still not working.  I was awarded $.04 for a long DQ, but it never showed up.  Thank you, Bostonphil, for the work you are doing toward getting this straightened out.  Oldbuddy, I'm glad to see you out and about.  I haven't seen you in a few days.  Stay safe, all!

I emailed Tap support about our problem. Support emailed me back but .....

I was told by "Sarah" that I was given a one time credit. it was suggested that I go to my profile and update.

I emailed "Sarah" back that all the member on FC trying TAP are having the same problem as me.

The credit has not shown up in my FC account. I attempted another TAP and got one cent for DQ'ing but it is not in my account.

I am going to open a support ticket with FC.
Yeah, I think it's an FC issue myself. Because I saw on my Tap account it showed I had got rewarded for the ones I did today and yesterday, it's just not being picked up by FC. I hope you hear back from them soon. I opted to NOT send a help ticket since I knew others already had. Thank you :)

I went to my TAP account and also see that TAP did credit for me but, as you said, it is not showing up in Fusion Cash. I opened a support ticket with FC and got a confirmation that a ticket had been opened. I hope they get back with us all soon because I could not make my 5 cents today. I attempted a FC survey and got DQ'd. My penny did show up in my account. I think that we have been down this road before.
Yes, the thing is, will we get reimbursed for all those that Tap credited us for, but FC did not? Geez I sure hope so. I did an FC survey that was in my email yesterday for $.50 and did get the credit. (Woohoo!!!)  So thank goodness we are getting credit for all the other ways to make our minimum! I sure hope the Tap issue gets resolved soon. I sure hate to submit a help ticket to FC, who knows what's going on with them since they are based out of CA. I think I will continue to hold off for awhile longer.

I discovered I got the same response from Tap support that others had, I found mine in my spam box today. Just saying I'd get a reward for not getting rewarded haha. I didn't check Tap today, but will look at my account info when I do go there. I really need it fixed! Struggled to get my 5 cents today, but managed to get it!

Yep, still not working. UGH!! I checked my Tap account and they gave me $.50 for my issues, but I still can''t get it because it's not transferring to FC!! Doggone it FC, please fix it if you can!!

I did a 26 cent tap survey this morning hoping all was fixed and didn't get my credit !!! So discouraging.  Oh well off to watch tv I am not doing this for free.

Still not getting credit. It's been at least a week now... I wonder if this will get fixed soon because without it, I can't find enough to do for PTC. I've just been earning through the e-mail, which is fine, but it's slow.
