This makes sense so everyone knows they are to be avoided but I too haven't heard of this but I try and limit my exposure since the news about this is so depressing.

lol That is hilarious. I had not heard this but I actually said yesterday people who are suppose to be in quarantine should have it stamped on their head so you know who they are and they can be locked up if they refuse to stay home.  I don't consider this "marking" people.  If people were not so stupid you would not have to do stuff like that.

I need to back away from it.  It is like when 9-11 happened and that is ALL that was on the tv, radio, internet, every where.  ALL you could see.  It takes a toll on you mentally after a while.  Give it a rest.  There are probably 40 stories on the Yahoo home page and 39 of them have the words Coronavirus in them.

I read about a guy that checked himself out of a hospital that had the virus. The cops followed him home and are going to sit outside his house for 2 weeks to make sure he doesn't leave and can't pass it on. Yet him just being able to leave the hospital worries me. Think of all the people he passed on his way out?

Maybe we should go the way of the biblical societies and re-open leper (COVID-19) colonies and have the people there declare themselves "UNCLEAN!" anytime someone approaches within 30 feet.

Please tell me you are joking. People are already treated like lepers if they cough or sneeze in public.  It is not like the people who have this done something to get it.

I haven't heard  of the hand stamp.  Actually, if someone has the virus, they shouldn't be out and about.

I think it comes naturally if I think I'm sick I stay home why infect others? At the same time is stamping really necessary? Why can't we just do the right thing?

Obviously it is since idiots who have this were trying to get on a plane knowing that by the time it landed everyone else on the airliner would most likely be infected as well. If people were not so stupid measures like this would not be necessary.
