Strange Survey

I had a weird survey experience on Tap last night.  I took a 10 minute survey about haircare products and just when I thought I'd get the "redeem" page, I was taken to a page to register to take more surveys with that company.  I put in my (FC only) email and was taken to a page that said "sorry no surveys available".  No way to get back to the survey and no credit.  I cannot remember the name of the survey company, but if I see it again, I will just exit!

That stinks.  Did you try the Polfish Survey in Videos?  After initial (usual) questions, I was taken to a new window to answer more questions.  I went back to the first window and it asked "what went wrong" and exited me out of the window.  I wonder if I had complete the second window I would have gotten credit.  It was not available for me to try again.  Oh well.

TAP does not always work as we have gotten used to.  I have just DQ'd from two TAP surveys but no credit.  Since it is early morning where I am at, maybe there is a glitch that will get corrected soon. Otherwise I will not make today's 5 cents.


UPDATE:  I did get credit for the two that I was disqualified from but after I completed a TAP survey. I do not know if there was just a delay or if I had hit the DQ wall.  I also did not get instant credit after completing the survey. There was a short delay.

I have not had this exact issue before, but I have had occasions where I think I am going to get the reward page and a new survey automatically starts instead. I too did not receive credit on those occasions.

That usually happens when a survey just becomes full and it phases you out without saying it. Its not cool its not fun but it happens

What a bummer.  I'm sorry about your issue.  There have been a few strange things that I have experienced with surveys including Tap but I don't think I have ever been taken to another page like that.  If I have, it's been so long that I just forgot about it.  Anyway, I hope your next survey experience is a good one.

I've never had that happen to me and it sucks that you didn't get credit. But if that were to happen to me, I don't think I would've given them my email. Usually that's how they get your information and then they'll start sending you tons of junk mail.

I have had similar things happen on Tap Research. When I think I am going to complete a Survey, it pays me only two cents. Sorry to hear that about you. I hope you get a really good paying Survey.

That is weird. I sometimes see that when I try to do surveys and then i get no credit for that survey. This could be a technical issue. So I hope they get it resolve.
