I thought one couldn't post a link that would make one money. I am guilty of posting a link to vote on a teacher that I know. I since locked it so there can be no more voting. I hope I don't get banned off here but if I do it was so nice chatting with many of you. I tried to remove the link but I cant seem to. Thank you if you did vote though there are so many AWESOME people on here...i'm sorry FC.

If you were banned you would know it.  I did not know you could not even edit the first post.  I do remember I have tried to delete a post that was a new topic and it would not let me.  I did not remember until you said that.

No you can't post links that make you money but I understood it that you cannot post links that would give you or your friends/family whoever any type of gain.  I am sure it will be fine.  The worse that would happen would be banned from the forums.  You could still use the site.  I recon that has happened to a few.  Hopefully nothing more will come from it.  You locked the thread and you mentioned in that thread you had tried to delete it and did not know or mean to do anything against the rules.

Others have posted personal links to other sites like that and even berated members for not signing up under their links and THEY are still here.  So I figure you are good.

I am sure you will be fine.  You did not do anything on purpose.  And like I said people have posted referral links to sites like this and they stay up forever.  Just depends on who does it I guess. lol  I honestly think you are good though.
