Corn dogs I got buy one get one free.  Later I will probably also make a can of pea soup and have crackers with it.  We were going to have hamburger helper but got busy cleaning and forgot to take HB out in time to thaw.



Had bbaked potatoes with sour cream, butter, and herbs.  Also, creamed asparagus.

I am making carnitas, rice, beans with homemade tortillas and 2 kinds of fresh salsa!  Oh my, if you could only smell my house right now!  :in-love: :in-love:   I can't wait for dinner!

Well tonight it is Salmon on the grill with Asparagus  and mushroom ( all in a foil packet)  Butternut Squash in a seperate foil packet,  White Wine to drink for the evening.  Today is suppose to get into the low 70's  right now it is 65 and only 10am  so it is outdoor dinner on the deck today !!

Had some pork for dinner. It's been a lot easier to make dinner now that the quarantine measures have been relaxed a little!

Today we are having big mac cheeseburger salad. A recipe I found on internet. Salad with tomatoes, onion, cheese, pickles, thousand island dressing. Hamburger meat cooked with onions, then add ketchup, mustard and pickles. It is really good have made this before and was a hit with the family.
