HTTP ERROR 500

Two days of being unable to access anything to earn with - as obvious can get on the forum which is weird but that is all -can't open daily e-mail or get on video page etc.  HELP I am lost without being able to do my fusion cash.  Anyone else having this issue?

The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site's server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is. That is strange, since I am on the same server you are and have had no problems. I suggest you try different times and see if that helps.

I've tried several times to access the PTC and daily emails since Saturday evening and only get the same 500 error.  I just found my way in to the forum this afternoon by accident as I was looking for information on the status of the main site. I was able to get my daily earnings Saturday morning, but nothing since then...

I can use forum and do videos but get the error message for everything else. I do try different hours of the day but nothing changes. You are one of the only members who is having no problem. I wonder if it has something to do with your being in the Northwest part of the country.

I don't see why that would matter, since the problem originates on the server and not the client (or browser). However I do live in the Northwest and most things are better here LOL.

As I know others have done, I sent a support request.  In typical FC fashion they have not replied.  You would think with the number of posts that FC would post something explaining the reason for this outage.  Yet all we hear is silence.  Don't they realize are that we reason they make money?

Thankfully it is back up but still confused as to why they can fix this but cannot fix my account for FC Surveys as I having receiving this same message since 2018 when trying to access the FC surveys

I, for one, couldn't access anything, although after my first shot at the actual Fusion website I just tried the Daily Email from then on.  No access until this morning, February 4. Frankly, this happened just 3-4 months ago.  There needs to be better maintenance, newer equipment, someone who knows what they are doing, or a combination of all three.  It is getting tiresome and a site like this should not have breakdowns hardly at all, certainly not more than one a year.
