I have always bought Dell laptops as the Apple ones are too expensive for my liking. However, I’ve heard that Apple computers don’t get too many viruses, and they are great for graphics and video, etc.

I have Apple everything and I love them. However, they are much more expensive and can be hard to get used to if you've never used a Mac computer before.

Dell.  But then we're anti-Apple.

We switched to Apple computers a few years ago, and have been pleased with all we've had.  I do agree with dreamyxo, though.  I sometimes feel like I am being forced to buy the newest and latest versions because the old ones no longer are compatible with the latest developments.

Go with Window's (Dell) unless the Apple has features you want.

Have had several Dell computers like them. We have apple ipads and iphones in our home and they are great. If it will fit in our budget when we need a new laptop I would like to consider Apple as it seems they are superior and have very little issues.

It depends on what you want to use the computer for. I've been a PC person all my life but I was introduced to Apple computers in college. In my career field, Apple products are the standard and I just bought my first MacBook a few months ago. I would've loved to stick to a PC because they're usually just as good (if not better than Apple) and not as expensive. I think you should read reviews and compare the brands, though, to see what you think would fit you and your needs best.

I've been an Apple guy for almost 30 years so I'm biased.
