Yes, I have had that same error on this offer for a while now. I have tried it multiple times over the last few weeks, and I have not been able to attempt the quiz. I suppose all we can do is to keep trying.

  I no longer attempt the Quiz's but do get that response on other video offers.  I think it is under the company "Personally".  their offers never seem to work for me.

I get "This offer is not currently available" but have gotten the full message for other surveys

I have found the Quizzes too difficult to earn from especially for the time and then you might not even qualify.  I don't even bother with trying those.
