Mind Your Own Business...
« on: December 09, 2019, 10:24:33 am »
...if you want your business to grow.  Yes, this was a play on words.  Running a successful business, including online earning sites like Fusion Cash, require that we pay attention to our work and what we are doing.  In other words, we have to mind our own business.  :)

One reason I mention this is to remind all of us, including me, of the need to remain focused.  Yes, we do have off days - that is going to happen and it's O.K.  However, if we were to take a snapshot of our business activities over the course of, let's say a month's time, what will that snapshot say about us?  Are we minding our business or is there a need for a course correction?  :-\

Now the other reason I mention this is because I apparently did not mind my own business closely enough.  Yesterday I thought I only had 2 or 3 cents for today's ptc.  When I logged in a few minutes ago and went to my ptc page, the clock was counting down!  I must have qualified yesterday and lost count.

I'm just going to have to do a better job in minding my business.  :silly:

I am usually pretty careful about keeping track of when I have earned enough to qualify for the next day's PTC. I am pretty good about checking my earnings as soon as I meet the minimum. Nonetheless, if I come up short, I know I can relatively easily earn the minimum.

I usually open another tab with my FC account balance page.  When I complete an offer I refresh my balance to see if it credited yet.  Keep in mind some offers may take a few minutes to credit.

This is a great post betlynjua!! Yep, I agree with it all too! I was not being very mindful at my FC business concerning my November payment received from my October cash out. I had not got my payment picture posting done, even though I kept reminding myself every day, I would go somewhere else and forget about it. Well, today was the day I finally told myself "GO GET IT DONE!!!!!" :) And so I did!   8)

That is usually the case with me as well.  I think what happened in this case was that I completed a couple of videos that took a few minutes to credit.  Even though I did refresh the page a few times, I still had not received my credit.  It was later, after logging off, I was credited.

Thank you.  I'm glad you were able to get your payment posting done.  We all get so many distractions in life, sometimes I wonder how people are able to function.  That's why it's always good to take a little time, take a deep breath and get it done.   :)

That's a good idea about opening another tab.  I usually open other tabs in addition to my Fusion Cash tab just to do other things online while waiting for an offer to credit.  Sometimes I'll check my emails or work on another earning site.  In my case it did take longer for my offers to credit so I didn't know my account increased until I logged in the next day.  Lately what I've been doing is; completing my daily email, then checking my ptc page just in case I forgot something from the day before.  That way I know where I am right at that point.

I do the same thing.  Usually on other survey site doing the daily requirement to get those extra pennies. Try to get all the daily requirements for survey sites done before I leave for work this way I won't forget about them.

That's a nice way to run a tight ship.  Whatever the method used, it's good to try to keep things clean, neat and tidy in the work place.  When you do that, there is less of a chance to leave any money on the table.

Wow, that's kind of a rude comment. Actually, I DO consider my online "paid to" sites to be a part time business. Any way a person can earn money IS a business, as long as it's legit anyhow. I have a regular part time job and a part time business at home also, along with my FC and other ways online that I earn money. However, I bet there are some people that actually do rely on the money made by doing surveys online as their "business" and without that income would be a little further in debt.

I did a bad job of "minding my business" yesterday  :-\ I totally forgot to do my paid email! Thought about after midnight when I was about to fall asleep, haha! Needless to say, it didn't get done, and that's probably only the 1st or maybe 2nd time ever I've forgotten to do it, so I guess I don't need to explain where I'm off to now!!  :)

I believe that too.  It's really not the dollar amount that determines whether the activity is a business or not.  I remember a while back when I was attending a group meeting for  a multi level marketing company.  The company is very legitimate and has been so for many years.

Anyhow, one of the first things the business coaches stressed is that once you sign up as a member, you are to consider yourself in business.  It's a mind set more than anything else at this point.  If you only consider what you do a hobby then you most likely have that mindset and probably won't take it very far.

I also agree with you that there are those who count on every single bit of cash they can honestly earn.  I've seen too many posts on various forums, not just here on Fusion Cash but others where members are not only relying on but are happy with whatever they can earn from the site.
